Anyone can go to California College San Diego through a variety of financial assistance programs including grants, student loans, and scholarships.

Pell Grant
This grant is determined by the Department of Education and is based on the student's financial need.

Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
All students awarded a Pell Grant receive an SEOG Grant, as long as funds are available. The amount of the SEOG Grant is determined by the funding available to the college.

Subsidized Stafford Loan (Federal Student Loan)
Payments for this loan begin 6 months after the student leaves college.
Interest is paid by the government throughout the program and for a six-month grace period after leaving college.

Unsubsidized Stafford Loan (Federal Student Loan)
Payments can begin 6 months after student leaves.
Interest will accrue during the program and the six month grace period.

Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS Loan)
This is a federal loan program that allows parents to borrow low-interest loans for payment of student tuition.
